The Science of Leadership: The Brain, Resilience, and Mindfulness is a six-week online program from Harvard Medical School that brings the science behind the human side of leadership to situations that demand clarity and composure.
As demands intensify and uncertainty grows, leaders must stay composed, think sharply, and lead with emotional steadiness while guiding teams, building trust, and ensuring psychological safety amid complexity. Yet most leadership programs focus on strategy and frameworks rather than the inner science of how leaders think, feel, and respond, leaving a critical gap that this program powerfully addresses. This unique leadership program combines applied neuroscience, emotional intelligence training, and mindfulness practices to deepen self-awareness and sharpen leadership behavior.
