Design a Real-World Women’s Health Solution
The Women’s Health and Wellness Program culminates in an applied capstone project that translates your learning into a practical, real-world solution. Through the Women’s Midlife Health Impact Project Proposal, you will identify a specific challenge in women’s midlife health that matters to you, related to menopause care gaps, cardiovascular risk, sexual health, cognitive changes, mental health, access to services, or another critical issue. Over the course of the program, you will develop a comprehensive, cohesive, and well-supported proposal outlining a clear, actionable response.
This project is intentionally flexible, allowing you to tailor your work through one of four pathways: personal health and self-advocacy; wellness and health care practice; business or technology innovation; or nonprofit, government, and policy leadership.
The Lifestyle Coaching Journal: A Reflective Guidebook
The Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program includes the Lifestyle Coaching Journal, a structured reflection guide that you will develop throughout your learning journey. This personalized guidebook will help you integrate the six pillars of lifestyle medicine into your coaching practice. These guided reflections will help you deepen client relationships and grow as a coach. This process will enable you to align evidence-based lifestyle medicine principles with your professional practice while supporting your continued growth and effectiveness as a coach.
Note: Participants may also define their own pathway aligned with their goals and context.
